Dear friends of Ambera,
It’s been a busy (but exciting!) spring for the Ambera team, and we’d like to share our progress with you, and let you know what you can expect from us in the coming months.
There are now more than 11,000 of you cheering for the Ambera project and supporting us, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the feedback we get from you – through your comments on our Facebook page, e-mails, and all the inspiring conversations we have with interesting people from all over Europe.
Over the last few months, we’ve been travelling through Spain and Portugal in search of the perfect land plot and the most suitable partners for our first Ambera community. We have found plots for 15 different potential projects between Marbella and Alicante, along the Costa del Sol and the Costa Blanca, as well as in Portugal, close to Lisbon. We are also happy to announce the most exciting news of all – we have confirmed funding for the first three Ambera projects!
However, we can’t go popping the champagne and go public with their exact locationjust yet – we still have a couple of months of due diligence ahead of us (for those of you who aren’t familiar with the term, this is essentially a thorough analysis of all legal and planning-related aspects of a land plot to ensure that there are no open or hidden risks that could jeopardize the success of Ambera when developing it), which we hope to complete before the end of July. Once we have a green light based on the due diligence report, we will spread the good news – feel free to have a glass of champagne yourself at that point! We couldn’t have gotten this far without your support and feedback.
We’re all looking forward to a beautiful summer, an exciting autumn, and most of all: the opening of sales in the first quarter of 2020 which, if things continue to go as smoothly as they are now, feels quite achievable.
We promise to continue to keep you updated on any developments, and we hope that you keep sharing your thoughts and feedback with us.
Have a great summer, everyone!
Sincerely,
Jan Olav Reien Frestad and Falko Müller-Tyl
