Dear Ambera community,
we appologise for the long silence – we have absolutely not given up on our vision! On the contrary: we have found a fantastic project in Spain where we want to start, and we were able to enter into a verbal agreement with the landowner for the purchase of the land plots.
Currently, our lawyers are busy with the due diligence to check that all formal aspects and permits are in place before we move on to sign the final contracts.
We feel confident that you will really like the project – it contains several elements that are already built and thus will be available to Ambera’s homebuyers from day one: a fantastic golf course including clubhouse and restaurant, a fitness center, tennis courts and other amenities.
The project is located 10 minutes from a wonderful sandy beach that’s just as perfect for book reading as it is for volleyball tournaments.
In order to advance with the planning of the new homes, I have just spent a week in Florida with our Spanish architects, visiting several projects in the US and thereby giving the architects a profound understanding of the way these projects are designed and work in America – a solid basis for Ambera’s European version of active adult communities. The architect is European and based in Spain.
We know many of you are eager to hear more from us, and we appologise for not taking more time to keep you updated.
We expect to be able to publish more details on our first project and the next steps at the end of October, while preparing sales start for the end of the first quarter of 2020. These are very exiting times!
Please, keep following us – even if things take time. It motivates us to hear that many of you are impatient and eager to move into an Ambera community!
