Part of their job is to listen to residents’ feedback, and channel that feedback into improving the community experience for everybody. They organise calendars and timetables both to give residents an overview of what is happening, and also to ensure that there are no conflicts with scheduling.

They also help anyone who wants to plan or start an event, activity, or club with all of the boring administrative tasks, so you can get it going as quickly as possible, with a minimum of fuss.

You can start your own clubs and activities if you wish, but even if you don’t, there will always be a wide array of activities to join in with to suit all ages, needs, and preferences. The Lifestyle Director will always listen to you, and help you where they can.
