The changed financial landscape has, for the time being, made it impossible for us to secure funding for a large development project in Spain such as Ambera Duquesa. We hope that investor interest will return once interest rates come down and the real estate market stabilizes, allowing us to restart our activities in Spain. We remain fully confident that the concept will succeed – above all because of the strong interest shown by our target group, the 55+ community, in Ambera’s idea. We will keep you updated!
